Dose the Iphone app work for the Jr as well, or only the Apex?

No, the iPhone app does not work directly with the ACjr.
However, there is a 3rd-party software package called ACSerial2Web (http://sites.google.com/site/acserial2web/) that can be used to emulate an AC3, and then the iPhone app can be used with that.
