Need skimmer help ASAP please!

My Vertex Alpha Cone 200 is just about a week old and for the past couple of days it's been forming a constant foam, but just this afternoon I found out that it was overflowing since my ATO kept turning on over and over.

At this point it does NOT keep a constant foam, instead the foam goes up and down. Any advice with this? I can't even turn it on or it does this same.

Is it being fed from an overflow or a pump in your sump? If you could take a well lit video of the whole setup people might be more able to diagnose your problem.

Is the intake at the pump close to anything? Have you checked to see if anything is obstructing it?

Yeah, it seems like maybe the feed pump (unless they are just feeding from an overflow) is sucking air which causes the skimmate level to go up and down. Maybe the water level in the sump is low?
