HELP 220, sumpless for a week or so without issues?

Morning guys and gals , Quick Question , last night my pump kept tripping the breaker, when i took the pump apart (Mag 12 ) the impeller had shredded itself and literally had to be forced out of the pump , i have ordered a new impeller from the local LFS but it will not be here until next tuesday,question #1 what do i need to do different while i have no return pump , #2 how long will this be safe for my corals ? The corals i have now are all softies,zoes mushrooms, a few leathers , and a large purple monti cap. also currently i have 3 modded maxijets (1 on each back corner and 1 in the middle pointed up breaking the surface, and 2 koralia 4's on the front corners) so i have flow , but will i have enough that the tank will be ok without a pump for a week. Tank size is 84x24x24
