Need New PC Bulbs

I need new PC bulbs for my Current USA 2x65w light fixture and want to know what you all think about the PC-R bulbs by UVL. I have used their t5 bulbs before and liked the color they produced. Also does the internal reflector really give 50% more par compared to bulbs with out them? I want to go with a 14-20k color spectrum what do you think would be the best bulbs to accomplish this?

I was underimpressed with the pc-r bulbs so I'm switching to diy leds

i have LEDs on one of my tanks, i may do iy again with this tank though but i want to see what people thought about these bulbs.
