Which Skimmer?

Hi
I have a 180g tank with a 90g sump ...sump is half full.
The tank is VERY heavily stocked.....tons of sps, lps and soft along with 3 large angels and large tangs (big big vlamingi included).
The fish are not getting smaller.

I am considering the SRO 5000 internal.....is this to big? Some are saying SRO 3000...please advise.

I would go with the SRO 3000 for the best overall performance. I have a XP3000 on my 180gal and works like a champ. Had an SRO 5000 on it before the one I currently have and it cycled in performance. Some days it performed and others it just didn't due much. My tank is fairly well stocked, feed a ton and really slack on the water changes. I know once I upgrade to a new display 200-300gal my XP3000ext will work even better.
