I am doing a 12g nanocube and wasn't sure what setup I should do. I want to be able to keep sps in the tank. Height isn't a factor for me. Guess just trying to figure out what the par values would be. thanks for your help.

If you want to keep SPS in the tank I'd go with either a 12 LED kit or two PAR38 bulbs. If you're using two PAR38's and height isn't a factor then go with the 60 degree bulbs for increased PAR readings.

ok i am thinking I'm going to go with the 12 bulb diy. What is the difference in the premium package and regular. Are the new bulbs better? Is there a color difference? Also I was guessing the 4x4" heat sink would work but I wasn't sure if I should go up to use the little bit bigger one. and if i used the bigger heatsink if I buy the one with holes drilled in it what would be the advantage in the holes or one withone the holes. Thanks

Sorry for so many questions Also this is my first DIY leds so I wasnt sure if I would have to get a fan to cool of the lights or if the lights being on the heatsink with no enclosure would be enough. Thanks.
