Purchased a used BFS-160 from my friend to replace my existing system. I would like to hook it up to my existing under sink storage tank and water spout. Water spout is seperate from the main sink faucet.
The existing system has 1 water in connection, an output to the storage tank (yellow line) that also feeds water back to the unit and up to the water spout. Water out to the spout is a blue line. There is also a red line from the unit to the spout which the schematic lists as a drain flow control. The spout also has a black line from the spout to the sink waste water. Is there a way to hook up your unit in the same fashion. My old unit has a built in auto shutoff.
Old unit is a sears kenmore RO drinking water system

Thanks
Tony

Sure Tony. Sounds like what you have is a standard residential RO with what is called an air gap faucet.

Could you call in so we can talk through what would best suit your needs?

Thanks,
