and a stupid customer...First I posted some time ago about a leaking ASO. Your advise about pushing the tubing in ALL the way fixed the leak...it just took me a month to try it

I am having trouble figuring out how to connect the TCM to the 12v power cord. The TCM will plug into the A,B, or C port on the LM3 but not the 12v port. The 12v power supply cord will fit the 12v inlet on the LM3 but not the TCM. Where am I going wrong? Are the 12v supply cord and the TCM NOT connected in sequence?

Sorry for your confusion.

We changed connectors on the LM3 several months ago and some of our distributors didn't read their emails and Product Modification Announcements regarding this change.

You have a TCM-G5.

You can send it directly to us and we will exchange it for the newer TCM-G6, which fits your new LM3.

Just put "TCM-G6 Change" on the outside of the box and your shipping info inside.
