I was hoping maybe somebody could help me figure out what return pump would be my best selection for a, Deep Blue 57g tank. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I would look at the eheim line myself - they will last pretty much forever - I have one that is well over 20 years old and going strong. A 1260 would work well. It can be used both externally or in sump. If you want to run any reactors or a fuge off of it also, think about a 1262. Yes, I know they cost more than some, but will pay for themselves in the long run.

mrsaltwatertank just switched from eheim to the new Tunze silence pumps. he says the Tunze is better and has adjustable flow.

Mag Pumps are Nice But a lot of electricity and heat. I got a buddy of Mine is about to buy a Water Blaster 5000 its 60watts and they pump a lot of water
