I have a mp40w that for the most part is pretty quiet other than it rattles when the speed is turned up all the way. I have adjusted and adjusted it but the little rattle just won't go away.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ecotech Marine forum under Sponsors section.
They seem to do that when maxed out.

I have two MP40's on my 180g. I run them on Reef Crest. So far. . .when I adjust them to be silent at high speed, then they make some slight noise at low speed. If I adjust them to be silent at low speed, then they rattle very slightly at high speed. I cant seem to get them completely silent at high and low speed at the same time. It's not bad but it is noticable when the TV is not on and all else in the house is quiet.
