poppafish29 that depends on what you will stock with, and if you plan on going bigger in the future...

Im sure I'll go bigger in the future, and I'm sure I'll stock the 75 on the heavy side. I plan on going SPS. I plan on dosing vodka

I have this on my 93 cube total volume is probably around 110-120 with sump and fuge, i dont have much bio load in my tank as far as fish goes and the skimmer only works part of the time it seems. I have about 8 fish in my DT and feed every other day. Works great when it has something to skim!!!! as asked before how many are you planning on having in your tank and what will most of the corals be? It may be a little overkill on the tank, but if you plan on going bigger later then it should be fine

So you should be fine with the SRO XP2000, as its rated for 125gal heavy, this should also allow you to feed you tank a bit more also.

I'm putting an SRO XP2000SSS on my 40 breeder because I will dose voka and also have a biopellet reactor. I feed my LPS and fish pretty heavy.

That's pretty big on a 40. How do you like the biopellet reactor??? I've read alot about Vodka, but don't know much about Biopellets.

I have the xp 1000 sss cone on my 75 gal...not stocked very high yet..prob med load i suppose and it is about the same situation as super bad mentioned...worked hard when i first put it on a few months ago.. now doesn't have to work very hard that often. I clean it regularly. I would say the 1000 would be plenty for a 75 but as earlier stated if u plan on going bigger then get the 2000. If that helps at all
