Auto Feeding

My fish wake up around 11am while I am gone to work. I typically feed them thawed out frozen food in the evenings. What is the best way to have them auto feed during the day when no one is around? I will have a DA or Apex system soon so a good timer will be available. Any suggestions? Feeding two moorish idols, flame, puffer, dozen bangaii, several shrimp.
