More patience. The ammonia test will go to zero soon.

Thought so...just needed some reassurance from someone with more experience than I.

No prob. You can see that nitrates are creeping up. Good sign. If you want to cycle faster just add bacteria.

What about the SPECIAL BLEND by Microbe Lift? I was given some by my LFS. I am afraid my wife will kill me when I add the stuff...it stinks!

Also do you have enough live rock? Two pounds per gallon?

Not quite, but pretty close. I'll add more as it becomes available. Here it is...plus I got some in my sump's refugium.

Moved to New to the Hobby for more views. The tank seems to be doing well.

Pretty nice aquascpaing :) I like the tunnels/bridges. Oh yah, you don't need 2 pounds of LR per gallon.

Just to prepare you, the Nitrite part of the cycle usually takes as long, if not longer, than the ammonia phase.
