SEISSE Hidrotek Membrane
Are they any good, or should I stick with Dow?

Sorry, never heard of them. You can get a Dow for like $40...not sure there's enough incentive there to experiment if you know what I mean.
Did you find any specs for it, like reject rate or anything? If it doesn't have at least a 98% reject I certainly wouldn't even think about it.

I suppose I should be wary, since the ad doesn't state the rejection rate. They do report that the membrane has .0001 micron filtration, 75 gpd, and 1 yr life.

There is also a 'Valuetek' membrane on the market. It looks nearly identical to the Dow membrane save for the different name on it. It has a 96% rejection rate instead of 98%. I had to ask for the spec sheet, which by the way came in an -ancient- microsoft works format. I converted it and was able to view it.
I ordered a Dow Filmtec from one online vendor per the product pictured on the website. They shipped me the Valuetek. I complained. They let me keep the membrane and reimbursed me the $40.
I'll probably still use it..

We recently attended the Water Quality Associations annual tradeshow down in San Antonio. There are many Asian companies trying hard to break into the US market in a bigger way. That membrane is produced by a company in communist China.

I like Dow Filmtec too. What country is Dow manufactured in? It might be in more then one?
