I would like to thank all of you for such a warm welcome. My technical staff and I look forward to providing accurate answers to your many questions and problems.

Much misinformation regarding reverse osmosis and ion exchange technology exists in the aquarium trades. We are here to offer our experience with laboratory-grade water systems and their benefits to the aquarist.

This is my very first post ever on an internet forum and I hope to post many more. If I can answer any of your questions. please let me know.

Sincerely Yours,

Charles Mitsis

Glad to have you aboard.

Well, I have a rather nagging question and it concerns what many of us have been discussing here on Reef Central in other threads.

Chloramines

Specifically what are your thoughts on it's removal with the average hobbists RO/DI system. By average I mean a typical system consisting of 4 stages:
Sediment
Carbon
RO
Deionization
Are we doing enough?
