It's been a long time since I kept a reef tank. I jumped back in head over heals with a used 135g I picked up off of craigslist. Got the whole thing with lots of extras, lights, sump, live stock, live rock, skimmer, etc. I've been all set up, did some water changes over the last couple of weeks (2 @ 10gal at a time) and finally got my test kits in. So below I've provided my numbers and I'm looking for input on these values, good? bad? fix?

Nitrate = 10-15

Calcium - 380-400

Ammonia - <0.25

Strontium (had a hard time with this one) ~4

KH - 7.5

Alkalinity -2.65

PH - 8.0-8.3

Thanks for looking and helping out.

Ammonia needs to be zero. Everything else looks ok. What's your mag at?

OH yeah, regarding ammonia, it was at the lowest measurement possible, if not lower. The test only went down to <0.25, so I suppose it could be zero based upon the idea of "less than".

How long have you had the tank set up?

It was alive and well from where I picked it up from and set it up immediately upon picking it up. I transfered all the water, components and residence. I've had it set up at my home for about 2 weeks now.
