Nudibranch/Sea Slug ID

Hi, I just noticed that a sea slug/ nudibranch came along with my purchase for free so I put him in the refugium. I was wondeirng if anyone could ID him for me.

It looks more like a chiton to me. What does the underside look like, through the glass?

Uh oh, it's a phyllidiid nudibranch. This is the family of slugs that's responsible for the belief that nudibranchs can nuke a tank when they die- and it will die, since it's a specialized sponge feeder and will only eat certain species. Take it back to the store and let it nuke their system instead of yours.

Thank you GreenBean. I've taken him out of my tank and he was still alive so everything should be ok. I had heard about 'nuking' nudibranches but didnt think he was one of them.
