Yes i will try to feed them several times a day using flakes and frozen. It is to my understanding they have a high metabolism rate and need to be feed often. Also have plenty of swimming space. As long as you have a nice health reef they should not be too hard to take care of. Also how many males and females did you get? Thanks

Sorry for the late response i'm not on the computer much. I did get a purple square back male 1 week before the queens went in. I have a 180 mixed reef with 200 lbs of rock, so lots of caves to hide in. And so far thats what they are doing. I'll try to get some pics going.

Getting them to eat is the trick. They are hard to get to eat at first so throw in everything you got to get them started. But not to much for water quality issues. Sounds like you have plenty of space to house them. Thanks

These anthias have a very high metabolism that they need to be fed many times trough out the day. In a home aquarium this would be almost impossible with out compromising the water quality of your aquarium, Good luck with them.

I disagree with armore though they are extremly hard to keep.

I would recommend buying two auto feeders if they are still alive and feeding small quanties of small small food 8 or so times daily, I would also recommend setting up a live culture area for either anertia, live copepods, brine or all of the above and feeding it either manually or automatically ever day/multiple times a day.
