I know this question is asked alot because I have read it all but still can't make a decision. Which skimmer for an sps tank with total water volume of 450g.

I am not sure I want to spend enough to go Bubbleking especially when I read they have poor customer service, I use enough hydro with my lighting so would like to avoid the beckett energy hog type of skimmer. I have read good things about euroreef and super reef octopus, any input would be appreciated.

thanks for the links. The display is 270g connected to a 100g soft coral/refugium tank both connected to approx. 60g water volume in sumps.

Any of those I listed will work just fine for you.

The swc is based off the askol and the reef octopus off the bubble blaster pumps.

They are both strong pumps.

The first link is the cheapest on my list for your system and is more then adequate for the task. Will have no problem keeping up with vodka dosing ect.

I am running an ATI Bubblemaster 250 now which is rated for up to 500g, how would these skimmers compare? I thought since adding the extra soft coral tank 100g I would need an upgrade but may not?

I don't think you will need to upgrade.
