puffer fish filming

I'm a film director currently making a 25min drama. I'm looking to film a large puffer fish (over 9 inches) for the opening and end credits. Preferably a Mbu or similar. We don't have much cash for the whole project but we could definitely get 50 dollars or so for anyone in the New York or New Jersey area who'd be willing to let us film their puffer for 30mins.
