I've only had my setup running for about a week now. Last night after a few hours of being on I noticed that the XP-G CW's were off. The blue LED's were fine. The driver for the XP-G's was much warmer than the one for the blues. Do they have a thermal shutdown or something? I did not have time to turn it back on later. I'll do some troubleshooting tonight. Also, the CW's were still barely glowing so I'm hoping that means none of them are ruined. Lastly, my cooling setup is likely not optimal but I can reword it if that will help although it won't do much for the drivers since the fans are on the LED's.

Setup is 24 Ultra Prem Kit:
12 XP-G CW on one ELN-60-48D running at 1.25A
12 XP-E RB on other ELN-60-48D running at 950mA

(Am I running the too hard?)

The current levels seem to be okay, so I doubt it's that. I do believe the drivers have a protection built-in where they would shut down if it got too hot, but from my recollection it has to get pretty darn hot. Try switching the "good" driver onto the white string to make sure it's running okay. If so, then it's obviously a problem with the driver and not the LEDs.

The problem was the solder for main positive lead to the array broke loose. All is well now.
