Scratch or crack tank?

I just received my jbj 28 gallon today. While wiping it down, I discovered a small scratch on the floor on the inside of the tank. Its maybe 2 cm long, and with the width of a hair. When I stick my finger in, I can feel it, although I can't feel it on the other side of the glass.

So here's where I need your help, how do I identify the difference between a scratch or crack? Is this something that I can live with without any disasterous consequences, or do I need to return it (which will be a huge groan as I'm all ready to go).

Hanging on, trying to. Its hard to get my camera to focus on the crack as its rather small

Crisis averted. Turned out, its just silicon dripping. I scratched it real hard this time, and it came out after a while.
