I'm very allured by the start a population today , at the end of the desciptions of the live foods , but which ones would actually live and breed , and more importantly which ones do I actually not have?

I know mysis and all of the pods are great additions and will grow and breed in your tank (as long as you have a fuge for them to grow in without being decimated by your fish in the tank). I actually got my mysis from the frozen mysis cubes. apparently the eggs survive the freezing process

But what doesn't come already on the live rock and macro algae ? the shrimp?
