I am cycling 45 pounds of live rock in a 75 gallon tank with a sump/skimmer/refuge no lights on. I have an mp40 for flow Don't have but a little rubble in the huge.

I have a couple questions.
Can I put my new live sand in the tank or should I wait?
Can I put my new live sand in my fuge?
Also I have 75 lbs of dry rock I have not put in yet. When should I?

I have taken my rock out once and scrubbed dead off. Should I do it again? It looks like I still have some dead black stuff in places and green film maybe algae. like I said I have had no lights on.

Last I checked parameters.
Temp 79-79.6
Ammonia 0.25ppm
Nitrite 5ppm
Nitrate 10ppm
Phosphate 0
Salinity 1.026

Thanks

it doesn't really matter when you add the live sand. You may as well add it now. If you scrubbed down the rock good once, odds are the clean up crew will get the algae when ammonia and nitrite hit 0.

Add the other rock and sand, you want it colonized as well. Do massive water changes to keep the ammonia down, more LR critters will survive. And scrub the rocks again. I don't think you need to be running the skimmer now. Live sand is really unnecessary, as all sand will be 'live' as soon as it's colonized after the cycle. I don't think it speeds up the cycle and you pay a premium for it! So I've heard around the forums
