I know that I have had my tank without power for a several hours following a bad storm and I di not observe any ill effects. You should be fine for a few hours...and hopefully you will get the power back on soon.

Frankly, I am surprised to still have power...it is a crazy storm. I was at dinner this evening with a buddy (Old Chicago) and a transformer blew right outside the restaurant/mall -- sparks everywhere!!!

We have power within 20 min of seeing the electric company drive by the power came on I waved at them on their return trip back to town now I can get some peaceful sleep. =) GN ALL
