Flow recoommendations

So Im thinking of jumping on the bandwagon, but have no experience with Vortechs. Especially since I am switching to SPS dominant tank, I know I will need more flow. So its either vortechs or closed loop. I would have to run lines over the back for closed loop, since I cant drill holes in a filled tank. So my question is in a 220 gallon tank whats my best flow option? What size pump should I consider? And if I did go the outrageously expensive route of Vortechs, how many and what size? I do have 4 powerheads at 3k gph I could use to supplement the vortechs. Thanks for any help.
