View Full Version : what is this on my live rock?

i have noticed this thing on my live rock and just this morning i have noticed another one growing right by it any info on this and sorry it isnt easy to see in the pic its on the back of one of my rocks kinda hard to get a pic of.
the thing im talking about is on the left sid eof the rock right under the intake of my filter in the pic

Looks like some type of macro algae.

no little strings. yea i know its hard to see its in the back of the tank behind one of my rocks

those look like dead (empty) vermatid snails.

I don't think vermetid snails would clutter up like that. Something else...
