Please help me get these parts.

I just got a reef octopus dnw150 and the ventury part broke while shipping.. also one of the orings is missing..

Can you guys advise where I can find these?

Ok thanks jeremy I ordered the parts.. my problem now:

the girl I spoke to said the ventury elbow and the union onto the skimmer are threaded and I should be able to twist them apart... is this true.. mine seep to be glued with super glue and wont twist off..

Anyone else had to replace this?

Yes the venturi portion of the skimmer screws off unless someone glued the nut. But from the factory the nut will just screw off removing the venturi from the inlet of the pump.

Let me say im very satusfied with ur cust serv.. shout out to brandi, sent me the wrong thing then made sure the right one was sent out within a few mins of me callingand i got it the next day at no xtra charge. Was a pleasure dealing with u guys.
