MP10 Wet Side Issues

MP10 was off the tank for a month went to put it back on and the whole wetside assembly started spinning then was throw off, i tried to hold the wet side to get it aligned but as soon as the prop started to spin it would get a bad vibration and i would have to turn it off, I checked the wet side and it seems that something is binding up the prop and not allowing it to spin easily/freely what could it be?

That is almost similar to mine, but my just started to rattle off and on, no matter what mode its in. I hope nothing is broken.. Any ideas on how to fix this?
