Wavebox pump jamming

I bought a new wavebox 6215 last Sept. It is routinely cleaned and has had no issues of any kind until last week. It jammed up so was soaked and cleaned routinely. It now however runs for 8-10 oscillations and then jams. If you lightly tough the impeller it begins running again but jams up shortly thereafter.
I still have the reciept and all boxing. Advice? Send it to Tunze or back to the store? Any help would be appreciated!

Most like issue is that the propeller is stuck to the metal shaft, pull the titanium shaft out of the magnet/prop assembly and clean the hole in the magnet and the shaft, if this binds, it will drag the shaft instead of spinning on it, it eventually overheats and shuts down. If that does not solve it, it should be sent to us for repair.
