I have another 75 gallon which has been drilled twice, that can be used for a sump for $30 OBO

Yeah, I didn't say anything about bulkheads, I just said it was drilled twice. I'll try to get some pictures taken today and get them posted later.

I hadn't wiped out the sump, it looks all scratched up, but it really isn't, just needs wiped out.

These are both good tanks. I was going to use them both, but they ended up not being the right size for my needs. I thought the display was a 90 initially, then when I pulled it out of storage after building everything I realized it wasn't a 90 and it was a 75 gallon.
