Hey guys and gals,
My name is Aviad,
I have just moved to Southern California.
I'm in the hobby for quite some time, and worked for a company that develops reef aquariums, salt and supplements.
Due to the move I'm unemployed so if you have any ideas, be my guest.....:idea:
I have been mostly reading on ReefCentral before I found this forum.
First of all it's a great little forum you've got here:beer:.
I would like to know more about stores and places I can get started.
I don't have a thing, all got sold.
I'll be glad to get some guidance about do's and don'ts with stores around here, prices and anything that crosses your mind.
I'll be happy to help and share my knowledge.

There's a sticky (I think it's still there) at the top of the forum page that discusses the LFS's around here.

As you'll see, the selection of stores really can't be beat anywhere in the US, so if there's anything I would suggest, it would be to just enjoy getting to know some of the guys in your area and let us know if you ever need anything.

Welcome!! There is allot of clubs in so cal. Lots of great lfs also. Lots of hobbiest who coral farm and have great deals on frags. Lots of frag swaps happen in the summer also. When you get started hit me up. I just got back in the hobby also but I can hook up a frag or two of zoanthids. If strapped for cash you also found the best forum. Sad to say but allot of people are always getting out of the hobby so you can score live rock cheap and equipment cheap. Be on the look out. And again welcome!!
