Turns out, they can regenerate from a SINGLE living adult cell :headwally:

FWE didn't work for me. Most accounts I've read also say long-term, full eradication is the exception, not the rule. Right after FWE treatment, it might appear like they're all gone for a few months, but then they'll start cropping up again. :( Now we know as long as a single cell survives (not even a whole adult specimen), the struggle never ends.

You are supposed to do multiple treatments.
I have had 100% success with flatworm exit.
