I may be picking up a young snowflake, and my foxface also flips out from time to time and almost jumps out. So i need a lid. I had a glass canopies, but i need something that will let air in and out. So i need a lid, is there anywhere that sells them, or how hard are they to make?

use a piece of eggcrate. Lowes and Home Depot sell it. It should be in the lighting section.

what i was thinking.... Since its a fowlr don't have to worry about the light, but is the egg crate small enough to hold a small eel in?

I looked up eggcrate on the internet, and all that came up was at home depot, and they only had a 5 pack, and was 75$. That's a bit ridicolous... anywhere else sell them?

No, eggcrate won't work for a small eel. Make the net screen and doubling up the net makes it much safer.
