did anyone receive the replacement heater or heaters yet? i contacted them about 3 weeks ago, but havent received any replacement yet. thanks.

No I am in the same boat. 3 weeks ago and nothing.

Yes, I just got mine Saturday. A little over three weeks.

i took mine to the lfs that sells them(petsmart) and they traded me on the spot for an aquaeon. that was months ago, when the first warnings came out.
