Hi all,

I should know this...but I dont. When you say your driving a string of LED's at 750ma it means the driver is putting out a total of 750ma for the string, right? Not 750ma per LED resulting in (assuming 12 LED's) 9 amps on the circuit?

I'm pretty sure its 750ma total but I wanna be sure lest I get a nasty surprise when I build this thing.

Thanks

Current is constant at 750mA. Voltage increases as you add LEDs.

That was a little over simplified. Current is constant as you add LEDs but you can adjust current up or down if your driver has an internal pot or dimming circuit.

Thanks...thats what I thought.
