Is there a minimum Vdc for the input to the dimmer control? The reason I ask is that I am controlling my lights with my Apex and can't seem to go below 30% before they start to blink then go out. Above that they are fine and dim with no problems.

My fixture is made up of 2 ELN-60-48D's 1 controlling 12, 3 watt blue Cree led's and the other controls 8, 3 watt white Cree led's
