I have a brs now, i dont run any pads or socks on my tank so it gets clogged real fast. The sponges in the reactor clog up fast. Any out there more like a zeo reactor with plates that have a bunch of holes? Or a better one ?

I am going to use this one: GEO 410 Media Reactor (http://premiumaquatics.com/aquatic-supplies/GEO-UMC410.html).
I have a GEO Calcium reactor and really like the build quality.

But, some like these for their price and build, Avast MR5 Media Reactor (http://www.avastmarine.com/ssc/do/category/mediareactors).
If you want to build it yourself, and save money, click here (http://www.avastmarine.com/ssc/do/product/MR-5-Kit).

Have read that the Nexreef reactors can break easily, as they are not made with 3/8 cast acrylic.

I would inquire directly with mfg for appropriate pump.
