I bought a used tank that has black paint on the back glass and I would like to remove it and replace it with blue. Any suggestions on how to remove it safely? It's already stocked. Any suggestions on a good blue paint?

I agree with the above... You can get razor blade scrapers at Lowe's or Home Depot that are wider than the standard razor blade as well, which would make the job quicker.

I find it is easier to do when you get the surface wet with some water as well.

use a razor blade, but dont go straight on, always an angle. n if u get lucky u might even be able to peel most it off after u start scraping a bit (thats what happened to me)

I can't believe I didn't think of using a razor blade. Glad I asked.
