Is this the best place for Reef Octopus support?

I used their website a month or so ago for help but never got a response

So took pump to local distributor and have been waiting weeks for a new impeller for an OTP3000 and am now told they (Coralvue) can't get around to shipping the thing out.

Neither of the above is very cool....:thumbdown
