I have a 90 gallon with a built in overflow, I have a cap 2200 return pump from my sump pushing water back into the tank, it does a pretty damn good job at push water so there is flow in the tank for sure. I have been looking at a pair of Koralia 4s, one on each side of the tank. Just wondering what everyone else's opinions would be on the subject matter. I'm open to all suggestions!

Depends on what you want to keep. If you want to keep sps you will need a lot more than that. If all you want is fish and some softies it might work.

I'd recommend 3-4 of those myself. Do you want the controllable ones though? Koralia EVO 1440s are cheaper and provide more flow.

I'm planning on keeping corals, lps, nothing super complicated since this is my first bout with saltwater.

For softies I think you will be fine. Most lps as well. You can always add more as your need/budget allow.

I picked up one Sicce 4 powerhead, rated at 1600gph, so far seems to move the water around quite well in my 90g, I have my eyes on a mp40 but I have other things that are much higher on the list of things to get first.

How about 4 JBJ OceanStream pumps(1600gph each) and a JBJ Ocean Pulse Quadra to control them.

the cap 2200 is a older pump, but no reason in replacing something that isn't broke, right? lol. I've had it for awhile now, used to run on a wet/dry filter that was hooked up to my old 125g that got sold recently.
