100 lbs live / base rock for $150

If you are looking for some rock for your tank here is a good deal. Would like to sell all of it at one time so only asking $150.00. There are somewhere between 40 to 50 rocks. I bought it with another tank that had crashed so the rock was dried and cleaned so it was nolonger live rock when I got it. I had it in my well established 180 gallon tank for about a month so it might be live rock again. I just broke down my 180 tank so it is currently in a trashcan with water from the tank. Need this gone as I am in the process of putting my house up for sell so don't want this linguring around in the way.

So, just to clarify, is it a mixture of base and regular rock, or is it all base rock?

It was base rock a month ago but has been in a well established tank for a month so should have live stuff on it by now, therefore I would consider it live rock. It does not have coraline on it. I saw amphipods and some bristle worms crawling on some of the rock.

I am assuming it is live rock but can not guarantee it is all alive since only in a tank for a month.
