Anyone have any insight into this? I have 4 powerheads in my tank but i am still having some dead spot issues where i am getting some red slime. I was thinking of getting this hoping it would help prevent that and i heard the fishies and softies like it. Anyone have any read up or experience?

Yep, I used one for a couple of years with Maxi-jet pumps. For the price, it worked quite well.

I have 3 korilia pumps in my tank. Think this will work well with those or should i look into some other ones? Did you actually get wave motion in the tank?

Well, I used it in my 30g reef with the MJ's postitioned on opposite sides of the tank, so it basically just reverses the flow. You need to make sure your korallias are designed for the wave maker switching them on and off. MJ's are designed to.

I am running a 60 gallon tank. What kind of pumps do you think i would need in order to get enough flow in my tank?

How strong are you koralias? IMO, 4 power heads in a 60 gallon is pretty decent. Try to reduce your lights and feeding, that will help decrease the amount of cyano.
