Have you checked in your sump and filter sock (if you have) one in case he went down the drain line? Also, check everywhere around the tank and stand and under any furniture, they can sometimes flop around pretty far if he jumped out. Once you've completely ruled out that he isn't outside the tank, then he's in there someplace, either dead or alive. :uhoh2:

Glad to know the clown is still alive :) Fish can travel to weird places sometimes.

That's great news! Glad you found him and found him when you did. Who knows how long he could have survived in there. Hopefully he'll be ok and learn not to do that anymore.

Lucky you, my male naked clown with white cheeks somehow managed to navigate his way all the way to my return pump where he got stuck on the pump. He couldn't get lose (it's pretty powerful) and it killed him. Sucks to lose a healthy fish like this. Still haven't figured out how he managed to even get into the sump area. He shouldn't have been able to fit through the teeth of the overflow *shrugs*
