I wonder who's bright idea it was to make "upside down tumble turnies" the universal standard when fragging? Are flat tiles and disks so bad that you need to put them on a stalk? Is this some kind of sick phallic symbol? Why do so many people still choose to use these?

I think its so the little plug can fit in the holes in your live rock, but i don't really know.

After you lose a few frags when they get blown around by the powerheads, youll appreciate being able to wedge them into some eggcrate :)

They also fit perfectly in the holes in Pukani rock and other very porous pieces of rock. That way you can move stuff around before it gets glued or starts to encrust without the fear of snails or multiple vortech pumps knocking it down.
