I just took to rocks out of my tank that has a little bubble algae and Neomeris annulata on what is the best way to clean the rock? Is there away to stop it from spreading. Thank for the Help

Manual removal without breaking any of the bubbles.

Also, if you've removed the rock from the tank for any length of time, you're likely to see a small cycle. Shouldn't have done that...

I'm not sure you'll truly be able to get rid of the bubble algae unless you "cook" the rock. I have bubble algae and tried several times to take the rock out and manually remove it. After putting it back in, although it may take a few months to show, the bubble algae always came back. Besides "cooking", if its only on a few of your rocks, you may want to consider, just taking those out permanently and replacing with new rock. As menitoned above, watch for a new cycle though.
