Hi all,
I am planning an out of town trip and was wondering if there is any type of autofeeder I can use with my diamond goby as he is the only fish I have in the tank right now besides my CUC. Also I normally feed him brine shrimp but is there something else I can feed while I'm out of town that would fit in a feeder as the brine shrimp stays frozen til feeding time.

How about New Life Spectrum Pellets or Ocean Nutrition Pellets I or II. these will work out good in an auto-feeder..If you have pods in your tank the goby could suvive a week without feeding..:hammer:

I do have quite a few copepods in the tank but I would rather be safe than sorry. I already went through one issue of him jumping into my sump of my biocube so I went ahead and ordered the fish save and fuge/media basket kit form mediabaskets.com. I'm somewhat concerned about him as he is not hiding under a rock right now and I think he may be stressed from the whole sump ordeal. He seems to breathing and stuff and it looks like he is just sleeping on the bed of the sand. I know that they are supposed to go into hiding when they sleep so I hope he doesn't croke on me as I just got him the other day from my lfs. Do I need to have any concern about this?

nm, just caught him trying to jump out of the tank again. sheeeeeeesh!!
At least I put a makeshift piece of plastic in the way so he can't get back into the sump.
