DYI Peristaltic pumps with arduino

I'm starting to work on some DIY peristaltic pumps with an Arduino controller (eventually it will control my full system).

There was a forum on here about it before but it is no longer available (got pushed out past page two). How do I get back to that page?

My main question is what pumps and hardware I need to hook the pumps up to the arduino board.

So an answer to either one of those two questions would be perfect :)

Go to the search screen and you can look it up. Also you can go to the bottom of the diy threat page and can change how many page you can see.
