Reset Error on AWC

Hi Fellow Reefers...


I am desperately hoping that someone can resolve the problem I am experiencing with my AWC on a Profilux III eX unit I have set up as follows:

I am running 5.0.9 Firmware just recently installed

I have two Optical Level Sensors installed on a splitter in the Level 1/2 Port.

I have three pumps connected, one for Salt Water Drain, one for Fresh Salt Water Input, and one for RO/DI Water Input on ATO.

If I test each pump using Activate Manual Override, everything works fine.

I have set the AWC to Timer 8 to remove 21 litres of old Salt Water from my Sump every alternative day. My DT is 1000 litres, and my Drain Pump removes exactly 21 litres in 5 x minutes.

When Timer 8 kicks in to activate the AWC, it starts the process, but then gives me a Reset Error 20 seconds into the process, and the just comes to a grinding halt.

I also notice that my ATO on the RO/DI does not work at all.

If anyone could find my fault in this process, I would really appreciate it.

Seems like the problem was caused by an incompatible Level Sensor Splitter. Will get a replacement one next week and hopefully that will resolve the problem.
