brs gfo pellets wont tumble

I have the dual brs reactor with a mj1200. 1.4 cups brs gfo pellets in chamber 1 and .7 cups large lignite brs carbon in chamber 2. With the flow wide open plenty of flow comes out the end but the pellets will not tumble. When I used high capacity gfo I had no trouble.

I use the BRS granular GFO in mine with no problem. Maybe you can swap if you know anyone using granular? Does the pelleted version have to tumble? Never used it so I don't know.
